There are many forms of Breathwork. We can use breathing tools to maximize mental, emotional, and physiological resilience. We can also use breathing for deeper consciousness and spiritual insights.
In this sacred circle, Gwen will share an herbal, ancestral ritual to shift from summer to autumn, followed by group intentions, active breathwork, integration, and closing.
It will be a time to lean back into yourself once the kids return to school and summer days slowly start to shorten, and prepare for the Autumn Equinox.
