In this 45-minute class, Gwen will co-create morning inspiration with the participants through a centering process, active Breathwork, and restorative meditation. Participants leave feeling connected, empowered, peaceful and calm; inspired from within to put their intention into action.
Breathwork benefits can include relief from stress, depression, anxiety, the release of fear, anger, blocks or tension. This technique allows the practitioner to open to a natural state of peace, calm, gratitude, clarity and connection, in order to experience more grace and flow.
