In this virtual Breathwork class, Gwen will create a sacred space through ancient rituals, grounding meditation, and intention setting through a Zoom call. Participants will then lie down in a quiet, uninterrupted space in their home, preferably on the floor. Gwen will guide the active breathing while music is played. Participants will finish the class feeling lighter, centered, connected, empowered, even peaceful and calm; inspired from within to put their intention into action.
Breathwork benefits can include relief from stress, depression, anxiety, the release of fear, anger, blocks or tension. This technique allows the practitioner to open to a natural state of peace, calm, gratitude, clarity and connection, in order to experience more grace and flow.
